It's way over-priced for what you get in my opinion. That being said, if people are willing to pay his prices for poor quality production, and are happy with it, then both sides win. If people wouldn't pay what he asks, then he would have to lower prices or go under. If I buy something from him again, it would have to be when he has one of his sales because I just don't think his crap is worth what he charges. But others do and that's their business. I wouldn't be surprised if a few years down the road Murey wrote a book on strength development through isometrics and DVR. It would definitely be better than that Combat Conditioning shit. I downloaded a pirated copy of it for free and STILL felt like he ripped me off. The man does have a knack for marketing, he should make marketing seminars the focus of his business. I might add that one of the tenets of Information marketing is that quality and presentation is secondary to the information gleened. People pay Matt for the information and he delivers it the cheapest way possible, which ups his profits. However, others feel the need for something flashy and well presented in order to feel like they got their money's worth, and they can feel like the bargain is unfulfilled if they don't. If you felt let down by the info that's certainly reason to feel as you do. I on the otherhand have gotten good results with the few MF products I have. I don't buy them anymore, but was satisfied with the info I got. If you would not be forgotten as soon as you are dead and rotten, either write something worth reading or do things worth the writing. You start off with a cheap product, get them signed onto a mailing list, then frequently send them "personalised" e-mails explaining how you've got a new product out which will retail at $xxx but for a short time will available for members at $xx. Of course the material is always cheaply copied and all, but the justification is that they are passing on the savings to you. The material is also usually outdated or public domain stuff, or a poorly compiled e-book. Its a bit overhyped, and top copy-writer Dan Kennedy has been mentioned by Matt more than a few times.
