P, I'm not claiming to be 'the real deal'. And you post videos of your lifts--walk the talk and back what you claim.
You made the statement. Greg made the claim about the bench. Where's the video of the 315 x 12 bench press? I think several people had asked about this a year or two ago.

Greg admitted to me that his bench press claim was a lie. Shen you might want to ask him why he felt the need to lie about this?
Also ask him why he put his brother in law on the cover of his course....a man who built his body via weights and who never used Greg's method. I think Greg's an okay guy, but he's FAR FROM the real deal.

Dave, no I didn't say it wasn't true. It was 300 lbs. for 9 reps, not 315 X 12. That is the truth. And yes, that is my brother-in-law on the cover, and
he was weight training at the time the picture was taken. Strictly as a model.

So Greg, whether 315 x 12 or 300 x 9, do you have a video? I believe you said it had been an extended period of time--20 some years, perhaps--between when
you'd benched?
