Hi Christian and thanks for thinking of me. Apparently you have to join to be able to log on. Maybe I'll do that later.
Just finished an e-mail chat with Mr. Kono and I'm picking him up at the airport when he arrives in Sacramento for his annual pilgrimage. There is a weightlifting competition named in his honor the first week of August and he attends. Stay tuned for some great stories and photos at Pierini Fitness.
