I have been practicing intermittent fasting and have been losing some fat and I exercise every day. I'm starting to show some vascularity in my arms so the thin layer of fat there is leaving. I would prefer it leave my waist first but it's not.
What I want from this fine group of men is advice on what I can do for the next 2 1/2 months to drop this stubborn fat so that I will look good at this reunion should I decide to go. So let me have it. Give me your best and your worst. I want to hear it all.
