My right hip has been bothering me a bit, so we'll see what happens.

I'm sure this is just coincidental, but this morning my right hip was bothering me and I was walking with a bit of a limp. I've been munching on the walnuts I got earlier today. This afternoon my hip feels a lot better.
Over the years my hips had been getting worse and worse. And then last year I completely cured them. Know how? Guess. Go ahead, try and guess. You'll never guess how. Well, I'll just go ahead and tell you how - walking. That's right, just walking cured them. All last summer on until it got too cold, I walked 30-40 minutes every day. After just a couple weeks, I had absolutely no problem with my hips. And they were fine throughout most of the winter. In recent weeks they've started freezing up again, but the weather has just changed to allow me to start walking again.
A morning constitution - that's what our grandfathers called their walks.
