Hi Shane,thanks for your interest.
Yes,my training is still just KSHD/VRT and last month I reached my all time best of 226 pounds with 11% BF.But I'm facing some problem with my knees and maybe I'll have to stop VRT squats.Without them I don't think it will be easy to continue gaining weight. But what about you.Did you start an isometric routine with Shen's iso strap? |

Knee pain:
For what it's worth, Physical Therapist & author Jim Johnson suggests isometrics( with your legs extended press your knees into the floor) for knee pain relief

Bummer about your knees, Douglis. Hope they mend. At 226 lbs. you've been trying to gain weight?? Boy! How tall are you?

To help with the knee Isos, place some form of padding under your knees

Thanks Douglis. I am using a mix exercise protocols. I feel like I'm missing something when I utilize one particular method, so I just go on instinct. I
will say that nothing makes me feel better than a session of VRT. It's mood enhancing abilities and the metnal clarity that it produces always continues to
amaze! Thanks, Shane
