There were some impressive log lifts, crucifix hold, farmers hold, partial deadlifts and atlas stone lifts. I am thinking about getting involved in this sport,

			<description><![CDATA[ I officially describe myself as a &quot;retired runner&quot; but last night I jumped on the treadmill and tested the running waters after not having run in
over 6 months.  It was hard.

I set the incline at 1% and only spent 10 minutes on the treadmill including 1:30 at 9.6mph, 1:30 at 10.0mph and 1:00 at 8.0mph.  The rest of the time I walked
at 4.0mph.  I completed 1.02 miles in this 10 minutes with an average HR of 163bpm (88% of my max) and highest HR of 182bpm (98% of my max).... ]]></description>
